- 16 oz bag cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground oregano (optional)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- Grated parmesan
Rinse the shrimp well. Preheat your grease while preparing your shrimp.
Apply all seasonings (to your liking)
Batter eggs in a separate bowl and place the shrimp inside the egg batter. Follow up with placing the shrimp in the bag or bowl of four. Shake well… place the prepared shrimp in the grease for eight minutes. Sprinkle parmesan on shrimp to your liking.
