Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

    Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place the broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet.
