  1. 8 gold potatoes
  2. 1 medium sized onion
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 1 pinch pepper
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  7. 1 another tsp olive oil
  8. 1/2 stick butter
  9. 5 eggs


  1. Strip the skin of the potatoes and glaze it with the onion. Sieve the mixer, add some salt, pepper, olive oil and cayenne pepper and give a really good mix through. Then, squeeze all the water out(the liquid removed the more crispier).

  2. Take a medium pan, once the pan is hot pour olive oil then the mixer. Use a wooden spoon to pat it down.

  3. Going the outside around the pan add some butter. To flip the harsh brown, place a plate on top and flip onto the plate. Then slide in back quickly.

  4. Crack egg on to, then into a preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
