I hit my one month of no meat , so I celebrated with shrimp tacos.
Ingredients
- Cooked rice of choice
- Shrimp raw
- Olive oil
- Taco shells of choice
- Taco seasoning
- Toppings
- Lettuce
- tomato
- Cheese
- Hot sauce/ taco sauce
- avocado
- Sour cream
Steps
Make rice, set aside
Peel and take tails off shrimp, if needed.
Cute veggies and set aside
Season shrimp, little Olive oil taco seasoning or any seasonings that you like. Place in refrigerator until ready to grill.
Heat up the grill low heat when cooking.
Add a flat sheet to grill or a grilling basket, and add some Olive oil lightly.
Cook shrimp, don’t over cook.
Heat up taco shells at the same cooking shrimp. I grilled my shells
