Ground Pork Afritada Recipe by Noreen Nardo

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 kilo Ground Pork
  2. 250 ml Tomato sauce
  3. 200 grams Mixed Vegetables
  4. Onions cut into very tiny bits
  5. Garlic chopped and cut into tiny bits
  6. Brown sugar
  7. Black pepper
  8. 1 cube Butter
  9. Soy sauce

Steps

  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add the grounded pork. Half cook until all parts turned light brown

  2. Add pepper and soy sauce. Leave the mixture in medium heat until meat is well cooked

  3. Add the tomato sauce. Add an amount of water in such a way that cooked meat is submerged.

  4. Add brown sugar as needed.

  5. Add the defrosted mixed vegetables.

  6. Bring to a boil but leave enough sauce before serving
