Gulai is a dish similar to curry with many spices as the base, with beef, muttons as poultry as the fillings, sometimes seafood.
I used instant gulai paste for this, which is from Indofood, if you have access to it, you can use one. But if you don’t, don’t worry, when I have time, I will make a recipe of gulai from scratch. Or use any kind of oriental curry paste if you want.
Hope you like it!
Ingredients
- 1 Indofood instant gulai paste
- 4 tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 3 eggs, boiled and peeled
- Some water
- Salt if needed
Steps
Put the gulai paste in a pan. When it is fragrant, add in the water.
Let it simmer, then add in the chickens. Let them turn colour.
Then add in the boiled eggs. Mix to coat them.
Let it simmer until the water reduces by half. Then add in the tomatoes.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are quite tender.
