  1. 1/4 cup quinoa
  2. 1/4 cup split lentil
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast powder
  7. 1/2 tablespoon cumin or less or option
  8. 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
  9. 1/4 cup chopped spinach


  1. Soak both of the lentils and quinoa in the cup of water and let set for at least hour

  2. Add the spices and the nutritional yeast olive oil to the mixture and blend in nutribullet for a minute till you get a pancake batter like

  3. Heat oven 375 f Pour the mixture on parchment paper add the broccoli florettes and the spinach on top and cook for 20 to 25 minutes enjoy
