  1. 21/4 cup slice almond roasted
  2. 1/2 cup broccoli florets steamed
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  7. 2 tablespoon melt butter
  8. 1 teaspoon chia seed
  9. 1/2 cup almond milk


  1. Using grander start with almond till you get sand looking then add the broccoli and blend it all

  2. In Separate bowl add the cheese and egg whip them for a minute then add the all ingredients and you will have pancake batter little thicker let it rest for hour

  3. Using a hot pan with light oiled using cutter fill it with at least 2 tablespoon of the batter and cook for at least 3 minutes on both side
