Tali Phupho receipe
- 1 liter milk gourmet
- 2 handfuls rice
- 3.5 spoons sugar
Take rice and wash them at night and keep them in water for 2 hours. Then take the water out and let the rice dry over night.
In a pan take 1 liter milk and wait till it boils now put the dried rice in it.
Keep stirring till it thickens.
Add sugar after about 35 to 40 mins and then stir again and serve.
