Korean Rösti


  1. 1 bag Bërner Rösti
  2. Handful spinach
  3. Half a carrot shredded
  4. 3 slices gruyere cheese
  5. 1 whole egg
  6. Little bit of butter


  1. Foam the butter on the hot pan and mix it with the rosti and cover with lid

  2. Half way through cooking add the shredded carrots and mix

  3. Too it with the cheese and cover with lid

  4. Once the Rösti ist done throw the egg and chopped spinach mix it up!

  5. Enjoy
