Lolly Cake

Ingredients

  1. 190 grams lollies (small colored marshmallows could work too)
  2. 250 grams malt biscuits (graham crackers could work too)
  3. 120 grams butter
  4. 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  5. 2 cups desiccated coconut

Steps

  1. Break lollies into pieces by hand (skip this step if using marshmallows)

  2. Crush biscuits into rough crumbs

  3. Mix the lollies, crumbs, butter, and milk together

  4. Form into a log shape and roll in the coconut

  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours then slice the cake into pieces

  6. Enjoy!
