Ingredients
- 1 Kg Raw Mangoes
- 1 tsp Turmeric Pd
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 3-4 tbsp Chilli Pd
- 1/4 kg Ginger (chopped)
- 1/4 kg Garlic (chopped)
- 12 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1/4 litre Oil
- 3 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 tbsp Methi Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 2 tbsp Mustard Pd
- 2 tbsp Methi Pd
Steps
Firstly, wash & wipe dry the mangoes. Remove the skin & Chop finely. To it, add Turmeric Pd & Salt & set aside for few hours.
Heat Oil. Add Mustard Seeds, Methi Seeds & Asafoetida.
Add Chopped Ginger & fry for 3-4 mins.
Then add Chopped Garlic & let it also fry for 3-4 mins.
Add Chopped Green Chillies & fry for sometime till the raw smell of Ginger Garlic goes.
Add little Turmeric Pd, Mustard Pd, Methi Pd & Salt & fry for sometime. Off the flame & let it cool.
Add Chilli Pd to the mangoes.
When the Oil is slightly lukewarm, add the mangoes & mix well ??
