Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 green chillies
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Fresh leaves of fenugreek
- Oil for cooking
Steps
In a heavy base pan put oil and add chopped onions, garlic, ginger,green chilli, saute till soft
Now add tomatoes and cover for 5, add in salt, turmeric, garam masala. Cook till it leaves a lil oil
Now add methi leaves and chicken. Cook till chicken is cooked thoroughly
Add 2 tbsp of cream and keep in 2 more mins.
Adjust spices and serve with naan or roti
