Mint cucumber water

Super healthy and delicious!!

My dad made this a few days ago to help him with his back pain. Sure enough!! It helped!! ?


  1. 1 large bunch of mint leaves
  2. 2 mini cucumbers (sliced)
  3. 3 cups filtered water


  1. Add the mint and cucumber to the water

  2. Pour it into a jar

  3. Let sit in refrigerator for 2 days

  4. Enjoy!!
