Ingredients

  1. 3 c Whole Rolled Oats (raw, organic, old fashioned –
  2. 3/4 c Raw Nuts (ground)
  3. 1/3 c Sunflower Seeds (any seeds)
  4. 3/4 c Dried Fruit (unsweetened)
  5. 3 Tbsp Honey
  6. 3 Tbsp Agave
  7. 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  8. 3 Tbsp Oil (coconut, canola)
  9. 3/4 tsp Vanilla
  10. 2 pinches Sea Salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with clean hands.

  3. Spread mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or light golden brown (or desired consistency).
