Ingredients
- 3 c Whole Rolled Oats (raw, organic, old fashioned –
- 3/4 c Raw Nuts (ground)
- 1/3 c Sunflower Seeds (any seeds)
- 3/4 c Dried Fruit (unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Tbsp Agave
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp Oil (coconut, canola)
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla
- 2 pinches Sea Salt
Steps
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with clean hands.
Spread mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or light golden brown (or desired consistency).
