Multipurpose Mediterranean Grilled Vegetables


  1. 3 tbsp Olive
  2. 2-3 lbs Assortment of grill friendly vegetables sliced oval
  3. to taste Salt and pepper
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  6. White wine vinegar (optional)
  7. 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves


  1. Cut veggies; add to ziploc with all other ingredients for 30 min

  2. Grill veggies on a pan, bbq or any surface; keep basting with marinate

  3. When raw taste of vegetables goes away and there is no crunch; charred on edges; you get the best flavor; grill to your preference
