Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive
- 2-3 lbs Assortment of grill friendly vegetables sliced oval
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- White wine vinegar (optional)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves
Steps
Cut veggies; add to ziploc with all other ingredients for 30 min
Grill veggies on a pan, bbq or any surface; keep basting with marinate
When raw taste of vegetables goes away and there is no crunch; charred on edges; you get the best flavor; grill to your preference
