- 1 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 tablespoons oil (for frying the pancakes)
Mix all the ingredients together.
Take some oil and pun some batter in a pan.
Wait a few minutes. When it starts bubbling, you can flip it.
And then, use up the rest of the batter and it’s done.
