I never liked banana bread until I perfected this recipe. Rich, moist, and full of delicious island flavors.
Ingredients
- In a large bowl, blend:
- 4 super ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Then add:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Finally, mix in:
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Steps
Bake in buttered loaf pan in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
