Pickle- and Jalapeño-Infused Vodka

Active Time: 5 MinsTotal Time3 Days
Yield: 2 1/4 cups

There’s only one thing better than a Bloody Mary, and that’s a Bloody Mary made with our crazy easy and super flavorful pickle- and jalapeño-infused vodka. The best part? It comes together with just five ingredients and a little patience (you need to give these flavors about three days to really meld).

Note: The alcohol will be diluted a bit because of the pickle juices so, if your cocktail calls for straight vodka, you may need to adjust your recipe a bit to attain the desired potency.

Cheers!

  • 1 1/2 cups vodka
  • 1/2cup pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice

Chef’s Notes

Don’t throw out your vodka-soaked pickles and jalapeños! Save them to garnish your cocktails.
