Ingredients
- 5 potatoes, boiled, peeled, cubed
- 2 eggs, hard boiled, finely cut
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup dill pickle relish
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Steps
Combine well in a bowl.
Refrigerate for at least an hour, it’s best chilled.
