Power meal salad

I am really struggling with eating healthy. And i have to find away to always make my own recipei love spicy food.


  1. 1 medium butternut squash, clean peel and cut in small cubes
  2. 1 bag kale slaw mix
  3. Half cup red or mix quinoa. Cooked
  4. 2 tbs Salt pepper
  5. 2 tbs Chinese five spice
  6. 2 tbs Curry powder
  7. 2 lime
  8. 2 tbs cayenne powder
  9. 1 lbs chicken breast, steam and shredded


  1. Mix all seasonings and devide by 2.

  2. Season the butternut squash them bake it for 400f about 30 minutes

  3. Season the chicken breast before steamed.

  4. Mix all of the ingredient together. Then add line juice.
