  3. Bag Great Value Shredded Mozzarrella


  1. Turn on griddle on medium heat and glaze it with butter. Cook the tortillas for 10 to 15 seconds per side until tortillas are no longer stiff and are easily folded. Then add a handful of shredded Mozzarella and 4-6 shrimp per quesadilla depending on size of shrimp. Add onions according to preference. Allow Mozzarella to melt for 15 – 20 seconds. Once it has melted it is ready to eat.
