Quick snack,easy n tasty.onion fritters are all time favorite.
- 2 big onion,2 cup kebab flour/besan/chick flour(all are same)
- 1 tbsp red chilli pwd, 1tsp ajwain(caraway seeds good for tummy)
- 1 tsp haldi(turmeric pwd)
- 1 tbsp salt, small bunch of coriander leaves
First slice onions on it put red chilli pwd,turmeric,salt,ajwain (caraway)coriander leaves n 1 cup flour n mix well till u get sticky batter(pic2)now mix the remaining flour n mix well n fry.serve with sauce, chutney enjoy😊(good in Ramadan as its quick to make)
