Sauce for the Cheddar Pineapple Tuna Loaf

A delicious sauce with a good texture in it!!


  1. 1 small red onion
  2. 3 teaspoons chives oil see my recipe
  3. 1 teaspoon dill weed
  4. 1 tablespoon butter
  5. 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  6. 1/3 cup mayonnaise


  1. Dice the onion. Heat the chive oil in a pan and add the onion. When the onions are frying add the butter. Fry turning the butter brown and onions and chives in the oil crisp. Just crispy but not burnt.

  2. Mix the ingredients. Add the hot chives oil, butter, and onion mixture.

  3. Stir and serve with Cheddar Pineapple Tuna Loaf. I hope you enjoy! Also can be used on other dishes.
