Sausage rolls


  1. Sausage
  2. Flour
  3. Salt
  4. Yeast
  5. Baking powder
  6. Butter
  7. Egg
  8. Warm milk
  9. Bread crumbs


  1. Fry sausage and cut into two and keep aside

  2. Mix flour with butter, yeast,salt, baking powder and mix with warm milk to form a soft dough

  3. Scoop the dough and shape into balls then add the sausage into the middle and cover

  4. Coat with warm milk, flour, warm milk again and bread crumbs then deep fry until golden brown
