Scott's Green Chili Chicken


  1. 3 unit Lbs chicken breast
  2. 2 can Rotel
  3. 5 Anaheim green chili
  4. 2 Jolepeno
  5. 1 Pasilla chilli
  6. 1 Salt


  1. 5 hours crockpot (high) chicken and rotel. About halfway through blacken all chilies and put in zip lock bag.At 3-3.5 hours pull out chicken and shred. De-skin the chillis cut up into pieces get rid of some seeds.

  2. Serve with rice and refried beans. Flour tortillas.
