Ingredients
- 3 unit Lbs chicken breast
- 2 can Rotel
- 5 Anaheim green chili
- 2 Jolepeno
- 1 Pasilla chilli
- 1 Salt
Steps
5 hours crockpot (high) chicken and rotel. About halfway through blacken all chilies and put in zip lock bag.At 3-3.5 hours pull out chicken and shred. De-skin the chillis cut up into pieces get rid of some seeds.
Serve with rice and refried beans. Flour tortillas.
