Shirataki Stir-Fry

This is a low-calorie, high-fiber dish! Simple to cook and very tasty.


  1. 1 pack shirataki noodles
  2. Olive oil
  3. Carrots, julienned
  4. Shimeji mushrooms
  5. Wakami
  6. Garlic
  7. Onion
  8. Soy Sauce
  9. Sesame Oil


  1. Wash the shirataki noodles. In a pan with no oil, put the noodles, and let the noodles dry. Set aside.

  2. Use olive oil to stir fry all the ingredients left. Add a few drops of soy sauce to taste. Once all the veggies are cooked, add the noodles then a few drops of sesame oil. Serve hot!
