Simple cinnamon macaron with peanut butter filling


  1. 4 large egg whites
  2. 1-1/2 cups purpose flour
  3. 1-1/4 cups sugar
  4. 1 /2 tsp vanilla
  5. ground cinnamon
  6. Filling
  7. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  8. 1/2 cup sugar
  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Place the egg whites, sift the all purpose flour, sugar and ground cinnamon.

  2. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  3. Cut a small hole in the corner of a food bag (Ziploc). Put a parchment on a baking tray and put the mixer on it. Bake until golden brown for 9-12 minutes. After finished cool.

  4. In a medium bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Put in a food bag (Ziploc),pipe in the macaroons and make it like a sandwich cookie.
