Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- To taste salt
- To taste ground black pepper
Steps
In a hot skillet with no oil add the sausage pieces with casings removed. Cook covered till done.
Remove to a plate. Add the two eggs to the skillet. Add salt, pepper, and water and cover. Cook till whites are done remove to a plate. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
