S’More fudge


  1. 1 container fudge (or chocolate) frosting
  2. 1 bag chocolate chips (semi, dark, milk your choice)
  3. Cookie or graham cracker crumbs
  4. Mini marshmallows enough to top


  1. To make crust put cookies or grahams into food processor. Pulse until crumbly. All you need is just enough to cover bottom of pan. If too much you’re have extra crumbs..

  2. Line 8×8 pan (or whatever size 13×9) with wax paper, spread crumbs on bottom just to cover

  3. Add frosting and chips together in microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

  4. Pour immediately over crumbs top with mini marshmallows.

  5. Let set remove wax paper and put on serving plate. This is a soft fudge so be careful
