Sous vide ribs

  1. St. Louis or spare ribs
  2. Spice rub


  1. Cut ribs into sections. Remove skin. Rub in spices. Vacuum seal and leave in refrigerator overnight.

  2. Put ribs in water bath at 145 Fahrenheit for 24-36 hours.

  3. Pat dry and bake in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit for forty minutes.
