- Raw rice, Sugar crystals, roasted grated coconut, Ghee(clarified butter), roasted cashews and black currant, cardamom powder, saffron, pinch of sea salt(to enhance the sweetness)
Make a sugar syrup with sugar crystals. Milk, water by adding saffron. add the raw rice and water and wait for 4 whistle to blow in pressure pan. Then add ghee, nuts, cardamom powder, sea salt, roasted grated coconut and stir well. Add melted ghee before serving.
