Ingredients
- 250 g sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 peach
- Smoked salt
- Black pepper
- Thyme
- Arugula
Steps
Cut the sweet potatoes, mix with olive oil, black pepper and thyme. Add smoked salt. Bake 180 F 45 minutes.
Add cream cheese, a peach and arugula.
