- 1 (14 oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14 oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (14 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
In large pot begin by browning ground beef, drain grease when browning is done.
With meat returned to pan incorporate taco seasoning following instructions on packet
Add beans, tomatoes, rotel, corn and beef broth.
Bring to boil, then reduce temp and let simmer for 10-15 mins.
Serve w Fritos, sour cream, cheese and lime
