- 2 Raw Mangos, chopped
- 1/4 Semi Ripe Hard Mango, chopped
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- 2 Fresh Green Chillies, chopped
- 1 Small Bunch Of Fresh Mint, chopped
- 1 Small Bunch Fresh Coriander, chopped
- Juice Of 1 Lemon
- Black Salt As Per Taste
- 15 Gms Brown Sugar
Mix all the above to a course mix & set aside to cool or refrigerate.
Serve cool or refrigerated as a dip with starters like fritters or croquet, rolls, wraps etc.
Mango Chutney can also be served as an accompaniment along with salad with main course.
Mango Chutney can also be used as a sauce for sandwiches, rolls, wraps etc.
