Terasi Aglio Olio


  1. 150-180 gr spaghetti
  2. 1 handful mushroom
  3. 1 large sausage or shrimps
  4. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  5. 5 tbsp olive oil
  6. 5 red chili, chopped
  7. 2 x2 cm cooked terasi (approximately)
  8. 2 tbsp dry parsley, or fresh
  9. Salt and pepper


  1. Boil water to cook pasta. Season with salt, cook the pasta

  2. While pasta cooking, we’re going to prep the sauce. Heat olive oil in pan, add musroom. Saute till brown, add chili and sausage, cook for 2 mins

  3. Add terasi, mix until fragrant. Then add chopped garlic, try not to overcook the garlic

  4. Add cooked pasta and a little bit of water, season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. Last add dry parsley, mix together. Done
