- Kaffir leaves/Curry-leaves
- Green chillies
- Garlic, Ginger
- (Dhania powder + garam masala) / Thai curry paste
- Coconut milk
- (optional) Tofu, peanuts
In a big pot pour some oil. Add lots of Kaffir leaves/Curry-leaves, Green chilies, crushed ginger, garlic, onions and fry for a while. Add chopped coriander.
(Optional) Fry tofu on side.
Add all veggies and let it cook. Add salt and some pepper.
(Option 1) Add dhania powder and some garam masala. OR (Option 2) Add readymade thai curry paste.
Add Coconut milk. Add Tofu, peanuts.
Let it boil. Then serve with rice.
