Great if you want to go meatless, also it is cheap ? but still nutritious.

Ingredients
- 5 yellow tofu or any firm tofu
- 2 garlics, smashed and chopped finely
- 1 spring onion, thinly slice
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- cube Chicken
- Oil for frying
- Veggies of your choice
- Sauce of your choice
Steps
Add everything in a bowl. Mix them well.
Taste test.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Shape the the mixture into burgers.
Then fry them on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with your favourite sauce and veggies.
