Tofu Burgers

Great if you want to go meatless, also it is cheap ? but still nutritious.

  1. 5 yellow tofu or any firm tofu
  2. 2 garlics, smashed and chopped finely
  3. 1 spring onion, thinly slice
  4. 1 egg
  5. 3 tbsp flour
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. cube Chicken
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Veggies of your choice
  11. Sauce of your choice


  1. Add everything in a bowl. Mix them well.

  2. Taste test.

  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.

  4. Shape the the mixture into burgers.

  5. Then fry them on both sides until golden brown.

  6. Serve with your favourite sauce and veggies.
