Simple and tasty. I just use a slow cooker. You can use a regular pot as well. Boil the rice and simmer, cover for 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rice (basmati)
- 3 cups broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sunflower oil (I infused it with garlic)
Steps
Mix all ingredients and stir.
Cook using a rice cooker.
