- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup desi ghee or butter
- 4 green cardamums
- 2 Eggs
- Walnuts as per your choice
Step no 1
Heat ghee and add cardamums.Fry until aroma comes.
Add 1 cup milkpowder and mix on low flame until milkpowder color changes to brown.Keep flame low.
Add 1/2 cup condensed milk and mix again.
Add 2 lightly beaten eggs and keep stirring until mixture leaves the sides of pan and hence ghee seperates.
Add dry fruits of your choice and serve.
You can refrigerate thus halwa upto 1 month.Enjoy اور سب کی داد پائیں ??
