Vanilla Pound Cake


  1. 3 cups Cake Flour, sifted
  2. 1 cup or 2 sticks of softened butter
  3. 4 eggs room temperature
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  6. Bundt cake pan
  7. Mixer
  8. 1 cup Granulated sugar
  9. Crisco
  10. Flour


  1. Beat butter until light and fluffy for 3 minutes on medium speed

  2. Add the sugar gradually into the butter. Mix until light and fluffy for around 8 minutes on medium speed

  3. Add eggs, one at a time and mix in between each, until combined. Scrape sides of bowl when needed.

  4. Beat vanilla extract into batter

  5. Add sifted flour into batter slowly as the mixer, on a slow speed, is on

  6. Add heavy whipping cream slowly, mix until a creamy batter is formed

  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Get Bundt pan and spread crisco around it. Sprinkle flour around whole pan.

  8. Pour batter into pan. Bake for about an hour and 15 minutes. (Keep an eye on it. Because it might bake faster depending on the size of the Bundt pan)

  9. Let cake cool off for about 10-15 minutes before taking it out

  10. Decorate as wanted
