Very tasty schrimp pasta ??


  1. 300 g schrimp
  2. 3 tbsp Olive oil
  3. Salt and pepper on taste
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. leaves Parsley stamps and
  6. 30-50 ml Cognac
  7. 400 ml Tomato sauce
  8. 3-4 cubes Butter


  1. Clean schrimp of the Shell but don’t throw it away, keep for the sauce.

  2. Chop the parsley leaves.

  3. In a big pot add water, make it boiling and cook the pasta.

  4. In a big pan add olive oil and fry shells of schrimps around 3-4 minutes than take it away from the pan and fry on the same pan schrimps 2-3 minutes from both sides. Add parsley stamps and garlic into pan. Add more olive oil on top. Then put Cognac and directly set the fire using a lighter. Make flambe. When alcohol will fully evaporate add tomato sauce, add salt and pepper. Cook around 10 minutes

  5. When sauce is ready, add pasta to the pan, add butter, mix everything and add parsley on top. Enjoy !
