Wet fried gut(matumbo)

  1. Matumbo(gut)
  2. Onions
  3. Garlic
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Carry powder


  1. Cook gut (matumbo)till soft.

  2. Dry then add garlic and onions leave for 5 minutes with low heat.

  3. Add tomatoes and Curry powder cover for another 5 minutes

  4. Ready to serve with veges and rice or ugali.
