Easy Tuna Salad without Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 18 each cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 4 stalk (blank)s scallions, diced, or more to taste
