Morrisons has issued several “do not eat” alerts to its customers following a string of compromised products.
Three sweet treats including chocolate snacks and cereal are affected by the food recalls.
Most recently, on Friday, December 1, Mars Wrigley UK announced that multiple batches of its Revel chocolates were “unsafe to eat”.
According to the Food Standards Agency (FSA), a trio of Revels products were recalled as a precaution due to the presence of “very small pieces of rubber”.
Before this, the supermarket also recalled its Caramel Crispy Bites and Free From Choco Crackles over allergy fears.

Morrisons Free From Chocolate Crackles
The retailer has recalled a single batch of this product over concerns it may contain hazelnut, milk and non-gluten-free oats which are not stated on the label.
This makes the cereal a severe risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance to the listed allergens. Customers have therefore been urged not to eat the product if it fits the following pack size and date description.
- Pack size: 300g
- Best before date: 18 September, 2024
Morrisons 18 Caramel Crispy Bites
Morrisons has recalled these sweet treats because they may contain egg, which is not listed on the ingredients label. This puts those with an allergy or intolerance at risk and prompted the supermarket to issue a “do not eat” warning to customers.

- All best-before dates affected
As with all of its active food recalls, Morrisons has urged shoppers to avoid consuming the affected products and instead, return them to the nearest store for a full refund, with no receipt required.
