Lily’s Kitchen issued an urgent warning over their Fishy Fish Pie and Chicken and Turkey Casserole because “they may contain pieces of plastic”. The company is recalling a batch of both products, sold in supermarkets Morrisons and Wilko, because the possible presence of plastic makes the “products unsafe to eat for your pets and presents a potential choking hazard”.

Lily’s Kitchen recalled the products and asked customers to return them if they have bought them.
“Not feed them to your pets,” the company warned. Pet owners can contact Lily’s Kitchen on 0207 433 1863 or email [email protected] for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
They will also “arrange collection of the items from you,” the Food Standards Agency explained.
The company clarified that this only affects the products sold as part of the above multipacks.
“This does not affect 400g cans sold singly or as part of any other multipack,” Lily’s Kitchen explained.
As a precaution, “if you have a multipack that contains any of the affected recipes, we ask you not to feed them to your pet,” they added.
